Before co-founding Laguna Property Partners, Al held a senior leadership role within a major property agency, leading significant leasing campaigns and advising some of Australia’s largest commercial property owners.

His approach is grounded in partnership, market intelligence and a clear understanding of what drives long-term value. Al works closely with clients from strategy through to execution, ensuring every recommendation is informed by real market data and commercial outcomes.

His experience includes work with Addenbrooke, AMP, BGO, Centuria, Charter Hall, Cliffbrook Capital, Daibiru, IFM, Investa Property Group, Kador, LaSalle, Lendlease, Mirvac and Morgan Stanley.

Mike is a commercial property specialist with more than 12 years’ experience advising building owners and occupiers across Sydney’s CBD.

Prior to co-founding Laguna Property Partners, Mike held a senior leadership position within a major property agency, working across high-profile leasing campaigns and complex commercial property assignments.

Mike combines strong market knowledge with a highly collaborative approach, working closely with clients to shape leasing strategies, identify opportunities and deliver stronger long-term outcomes.

His experience includes work with Addenbrooke, AMP, BGO, Centuria, Cliffbrook Capital, Coombes Property Group, Daibiru, Dexus, IFM, Investa Property Group, Lendlease, Mercer, Mirvac, National Pension Service, PAG, Phoenix Property Investors and Stockland.

Vanessa provides Laguna’s clients with dedicated market research, analytics and commercial insight, bringing another layer of intelligence to every appointment.

Previously supporting 11 transactional operatives within a major agency environment, Vanessa now works directly alongside Laguna’s core team. This more focused structure allows her to provide deeper analysis, more tailored research and faster access to the information shaping each property strategy.

From market movements and leasing evidence to bespoke property analysis, Vanessa helps ensure Laguna’s advice is supported by current, relevant and actionable intelligence.

Jaeger is a commercial property specialist with more than seven years’ experience advising building owners and occupiers across Sydney’s CBD.

Prior to joining Laguna Property Partners, he held an Associate Director role within a major property agency, working alongside Al and Mike across office leasing campaigns and tenant brokerage requirements.

Jaeger brings strong market knowledge, energy and a hands-on approach to leasing campaigns, working closely with owners and occupiers from market positioning and tenant targeting through to negotiation and lease execution.

His experience includes work with Investa Property Group, LaSalle, MEC Global Partners Asia, PAG and Stockland.
